| To all our world wide community of Tourza, we are pleased to announce you that: “ The Cultural and Social Association of TOURZA” was funded since 3 months ago, and we are preparing an extensive summer plan to cover a wide spectrum of activities.
Our homepage www.tourza.net will be soon displaying a new design, offering a new menu of cultural and fun activities for this summer.
Tourza Summer 2009 will be a new exciting experience so keep in touch.
Our Association is working together with the Municipality, The Church, and with the Youth Club of Tourza.
We are gathering all our citizens to push with energy and decision the new way to think about our beloved village.
We want to inform to all our relatives that we received in donation an LCD projector from Mr. George Ayyoub, and with the funds of Saint’s Sarkis and Bakhos Foundation of Tourza in Venezuela we bought an complete audio system so our multimedia goals for this issues were achieved.
For this summer we are planning:
1- 4 days/nights trip involving all Lebanon.
2- Walk visit to Kadisha valley and locations around.
3- Karaoke party in our main square.
4- Belot Match with attractive gifts.
5- Marathon.
6- Rally Paper in Tourza.
7- Special Arab language courses.
8- Movie in the main square of our village.
9- Others.
By the way we want to inform that we had performed many activities with a complete succeed and acceptation like, Movie/Cinema in our Church with films according to the Easter Holidays, A visit and a pray at the Saint’s Rafqa tomb in her Holiday 23/03/2009 and a distribution of a rose flower as a detail for our beloved Mothers in their day.
